Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at Castle Mountain Chalets but faced some drawbacks. The cabin was cozy and equipped with a full kitchen, which was perfect for cooking meals. However, the loud train nearby disrupted the tranquility I expected, especially at night. Despite that, the location was convenient for accessing outdoor activities and exploring Banff National Park.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at Castle Mountain Chalets. The location was perfect for exploring, nestled halfway between Banff and Lake Louise. but the service was quite lacking. Despite the beautiful setting and cozy accommodations, I was disappointed by the cleanliness and lack of housekeeping during my visit.
My stay at Castle Mountain Chalets had its ups and downs. The rustic cabin was spacious and cozy, offering a king-size bed and a lovely wood fireplace, but the staff service left much to be desired. I appreciated the beautiful views of Castle Mountain and the tranquility of the location, though the nearby train tracks disturbed my sleep a few times. Overall, while the cabin was charming, the service issues really impacted my experience.
I had an amazing time at Castle Mountain Chalets, especially in the Mountain View suite with its updated decor and stunning views. The location was perfect for escaping the hustle of Banff, but I can see how the train noise might be an issue for some. Overall, it was a lovely experience that I would definitely repeat.
I had a wonderful stay at Castle Mountain Chalets, especially in cabin 6, which was beautiful and spacious with a massive bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub. However, the staff's service was quite disappointing, as they didn't seem eager to assist and we encountered organizational issues regarding our booking. Overall, while the accommodations were excellent, the staff could use some improvement.
